The Villa
“Il Casale delle Rose”
can accommodate up to 12 people on both floors. The villa has 2 floors, and on each we find an independent apartment. This allows to book the apartment on the first floor for four or five guests, or both floors for a larger group. The property is booked to only one group or family at a time to allow for exclusive use of the grounds and pool.
On
On the ground floor
there are two double rooms, one of which can become triple on request and upstairs there are three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms with shower on the ground floor and other 2 bathrooms with showers on the upper floor.
In
the garden
there is a pretty guesthouse with a living room with kitchen and a double bed room and bathroom with shower. Outside the guesthouse there is a brick oven suitable to cook bread and pizza. A BBQ is available for the guests.
From the courtyard several steps, take us down to the swimming pool which measures 6×12 meters and has roman steps to get in. All around the pool we have terraces with comfortable lounge chairs and sun umbrellas. During the night lighting is available all over the garden and pool.
